Sustainability – REWORKED Recycling and Managing Your Waste

Single-use plastics are an inescapable part of operating within cleanrooms and controlled environments. With single-use personal protective equipment (masks, gloves etc.) being particularly hard to recycle in traditional recycling systems.

CES have partnered with ReFactory to offer you a sustainable solution and avoid unnecessary landfill usage. ReFactory’s box recycling scheme is available for many waste streams, including PPE. ReFactory PPE recycling boxes are made for facemasks, disposable gloves, visors and other plastic-based PPE items. All you need to do is fill the box with eligible items & send it back to ReFactory! The ideal zero waste solution, to avoid unnecessary landfill usage or mask waste ending up in our natural environments!

CES is committed to improving sustainability and use the PPE recycling boxes in our cleanroom. CES have been working with ReFactory have been able to offer a 15% discount code for our customers who purchase the box using the code “CES15“.

  1. please advise where one can now recycle the medicine blister packs, for some reason people have stopped providing the boxes in superdrug, and other previously known places in SP1 area. Where would my nearest blister pack recycling be? I am really unhappy about this recycling being stopped in my location.

      Hi June,

Boots offer a medicine blister pack recycling service, using scan2recycle. There are also several companies, if recycling in bulk that can arrange recycling of these materials for you. If you are recycling on behalf of a company, we may be able to support you if you reach out to us at sales@cesltd.uk.com
