Meet The Team
Andrew Holbrook, Managing Director
A Chartered Management Accountant by profession, Andrew has worked in the Cleanroom industry for over 20 years. Andrew was a member of the Management Team that acquired CES out of private equity ownership before selling the business to Micronclean in 2016. Andrew continues to take the business forward and has been fundamental in the growth of the business during the last few years.
Cecile Mahony, National Key Account Manager
Cecile joined CES at the beginning of 2020 as Business Development Manager for the Southern region. Cecile has an excellent track record of sales development within the Cleanroom market following a very successful period at our parent company Micronclean. Cecile has been a key member of the team that has seen rapid growth in the last few years.
Natalie Whitman, Commercial Accountant
Natalie has worked for CES for over 17 years, initially as an accounts trainee where she gained a level 4 Accountancy Technician qualification. Natalie now manages the purchasing department in addition to supervising the Finance team and providing accounting support to the Company Directors.
Lucy Sims, Senior Accountancy Assistant
Lucy joined CES in March 2019. Lucy recently completed an Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) Level 3 qualification and has now moved onto Level 4. Lucy has a BA Hons degree. Lucy manages the ledger accounting at CES in addition to credit control and assisting with the Management Accounting.
Annie Hollands, Customer Service Manager
Annie joined CES at the beginning of 2018 and has made an early impact. Annie started at CES as a telesales executive where she developed a number of new accounts and focused on building relationships with smaller customers before moving over to a new role in managing customer enquiries and order processing.
Aaron Holbrook, Warehouse Manager
Aaron joined CES in 2017 and was promoted to Warehouse Manager in 2020. Aaron completed a level 3 apprenticeship in Business Admin in early 2020 and went on to complete an advanced level apprenticeship in Business administration in 2021. Aaron will complete a CMI Level 3 Diploma Team Leader/Supervisor qualification in August 22. In addition to his warehouse duties Aaron take’s responsibility for Continuous Improvement and Health & Safety within the warehouse.
Natalie Mitchell, Sales & Marketing Executive
Natalie joined CES in July 2022. Natalie is currently studying for a degree in visual media. Natalie is responsible for managing the company website in addition to developing the companies social media channels. In addition, Natalie provides close support to both our customers and the CES Sales team.
Wendy Holbrook, Quality & Health Safety Administrator
Wendy joined CES in the Autumn of 2021 to provide both quality and health and safety administration support. Wendy will liaise with CES customers in addition to working with our external quality consultancy Systems Assured Ltd.
Jake Bircham, Technical Sales Specialist
Jake joined CES in February 2023 as Technical Sales Specialist and is the Sales Account Manager for the North of the UK. With a BSc in Biomedical Science Jake adds a new dimension to the CES sales team.
Melissa King, Purchasing Administrator
Melissa is responsible for placing purchase orders with our supply partners and ensuring that these goods arrive into our warehouse on time.
The Warehouse Team
The Swindon Warehouse team have over 20 years warehouse experience between them. Their day-to-day consists of picking, packing, palletising and despatching customer orders and booking in deliveries.
The Cleanroom Team
The Swindon Cleanroom team have many years experience between them. Their day-to-day consists of sterilising and repacking products to meet the criteria of our customers and fulfilling orders.
